We sure do! PMC offers Canada-wide shipping via Canada Post. Simply select ‘Canada-wide shipping’ at checkout to have your order shipped anywhere within Canada for a flat $15 shipping fee.
Can I get my order delivered to me if I live in the city?
You sure can! PMC now offers city-wide delivery via Sendle to all Winnipeg residents for a low flat-rate fee of $7. You can choose this option checkout.
How can I save on shipping & delivery fees?
Save yourself the shipping & delivery fees by picking up your order in person. Simply choose ‘free local Winnipeg pickup’ at checkout to take advantage of this offer. Please allow up to 48 hours for PMC to prepare your order. Someone will be in contact with you via your preferred method of contact chosen at checkout to arrange a pickup time. Please do not come to pick up your order before you are contacted.
Where can I pick up my order?
You can expect to pick up your order from the West End/Polo Park area of Winnipeg, Manitoba. The exact location will only be given to those who have placed an order awaiting pick-up, as the address is a personal residence. Thank you for your understanding.
I Can’t make it to the pick-up location. Is there another way to save on shipping & delivery fees?
Yup! PMC is now proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on orders of $60 or more. Once at checkout, you’ll be able to choose this option on all qualifying orders. Happy shopping!
How long will it take to get my order?
You can expect your order to be processed within 48 hours after being placed. After that, someone will be in contact with you via your preferred method of contact chosen at checkout to either arrange a pickup time or provide you with your Canada Post or Sendle tracking number. Once you have received your tracking number, please refer to the Canada Post parcel tracking page or the Sendle ‘track my parcel’ page for further information on shipment timelines. If you selected free local pick-up at checkout, a pickup time that works best for everyone involved will be arranged.
Please note: To ensure your products are as fresh as they can be, only a limited supply is kept in stock. This means that stock is often being made as the orders come in and may therefore take longer to process. Someone will be in contact with you within 48 hours of receiving your order to let you know if you should expect a delay in processing time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Can I return, exchange, or cancel my order?
Due to the nature of the types of products PMC creates, no returns or exchanges shall be granted. Please read ingredient lists carefully prior to making any purchase to ensure there are no potential allergens or irritants. PMC will gladly cancel any orders within the first 24 hours after the order has been placed.
