Traditional folk uses for the oils in this blend include: pain relief, inflammation, swelling, muscle spasms, and respiratory congestion. Additionally, the warmth generated with the oils in this blend have been traditionally used as a mild stimulant to increase blood circulation and are therefore regarded as aphrodisiacs in some folk circles.
